Who we are
HVP Elite is operated by Brand Real Estate LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Home Value Pros (“Home Value Pros,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its principal place of business at 2700 E Sunset Road, Suite 37, Las Vegas, Nevada 89120. We are licensed as a real estate brokerage in Nevada (NV Broker License No. B.176, Bridget Richards, Managing Broker) and act as a referring broker in connection with the HVP Elite program. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information processed through elite.homevaluepros.com and any related sites, applications, dashboards, emails, and SMS communications (collectively, the “Services”).
Scope and your acceptance
This Policy applies to (i) real estate professionals who apply for, evaluate, or hold an HVP Elite territory (“Agents”), (ii) prospective home sellers and buyers whose contact information is captured through our marketing channels and routed to Agents (“Consumer Leads”), and (iii) any other visitor to the Services. By accessing the Services, submitting a form, signing an agreement, or paying for a subscription, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Information we collect from Agents
When you apply for or maintain an HVP Elite territory we collect: contact details (name, email, phone, mailing address); license details (real estate license number, state, brokerage of record, license type, years in business); production data you choose to share (annual transactions, average sale price, team size); the city and plan tier you are interested in; identity-verification information needed for the Master Referral Agreement (typed signature, signing IP, user-agent, timestamp); billing identifiers from our payment processor (Stripe customer ID, last-4 of card, billing ZIP); and operational records of your portal activity (logins, lead acceptance, lead status updates, communications with our team).
Information we collect from Consumer Leads
Through paid digital advertising and our owned web properties we collect prospective seller and buyer information including name, email, phone, property address, ZIP, motivation to sell or buy, timeline, and similar marketing-intent signals. We obtain this information directly from the consumer at the point of submission, including their express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to be contacted by us and by the Agent who is assigned the lead. Consumer Leads are routed to the active HVP Elite Agent for the applicable territory pursuant to the Master Referral Agreement.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services we automatically collect device and usage data including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, click events, time stamps, and approximate geolocation derived from IP. We use first-party cookies and similar technologies (local storage, session storage, pixels) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure forms against abuse, measure campaign performance, and detect fraud. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Services (including authentication and checkout) will not function correctly without them.
How we use information
We use the information described above to: review and decide on territory applications; provision and operate Agent dashboards; deliver, score, route, and audit Consumer Leads; bill and collect subscription fees through Stripe; deploy and optimize advertising campaigns that generate Consumer Leads on behalf of Agents; send transactional emails and SMS (sign-in links, receipts, invoices, lead notifications, service updates); send program announcements and product communications; provide customer support; investigate suspected fraud, abuse, license violations, or breach of the Master Referral Agreement; comply with legal obligations including real estate licensing law, tax law, and law-enforcement requests; and create de-identified or aggregated analytics that do not identify any individual.
Legal bases (where applicable)
Where required by applicable law, we process personal information on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (operating your subscription, provisioning your portal, delivering leads); our legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving the Services; preventing fraud; defending legal claims); your consent (marketing emails and SMS where consent is the operative basis, optional analytics cookies); and compliance with legal obligations (tax, accounting, real estate licensing, anti-money-laundering).
How we share information
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We share information only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf under written contracts, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (transactional email), analytics providers, and our customer-support tooling; (b) the Agent assigned to a Consumer Lead’s territory, for the sole purpose of working that referral under the Master Referral Agreement; (c) advertising platforms that we use to acquire Consumer Leads, in the form of conversion events and hashed identifiers used for measurement and audience suppression; (d) professional advisors (legal, accounting, insurance); (e) acquirers or successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, with appropriate confidentiality protections; and (f) governmental authorities or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
Marketing communications
Agents will receive transactional messages necessary to operate their subscription (sign-in links, receipts, lead notifications, billing changes, service-status notices); these are not promotional and cannot be suppressed without canceling the Service. We may also send program announcements and educational content; you can opt out of those at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing sales@homevaluepros.com. Consumer Leads receive only the contact attempts they expressly consented to at the point of submission. Consumers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS, by unsubscribing from any email, or by emailing privacy@homevaluepros.com.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal and tax obligations, enforce our agreements, and resolve disputes. Subscription, billing, signed-agreement, and lead-routing records are retained for at least seven (7) years following termination of the related subscription, consistent with real estate recordkeeping norms and the audit/inspection rights set forth in the Master Referral Agreement. De-identified or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.
Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for database storage, scoped service-role credentials, audit logging, and least-privilege access controls. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA, Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, and similar U.S. state privacy laws), you may have the right to: (i) confirm whether we process your personal information and access a copy; (ii) correct inaccurate information; (iii) delete personal information, subject to legal-retention exceptions; (iv) opt out of “sales” or “sharing” as those terms are defined under your state’s law (we do not sell personal information for money); (v) opt out of targeted advertising; and (vi) appeal a denial of a privacy request. To exercise these rights, email privacy@homevaluepros.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling a request and will respond within the time required by law.
Children
The Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and adult consumers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact privacy@homevaluepros.com and we will delete it.
International users
The Services are operated from, and intended for use within, the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer of your information to, and processing in, the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
Third-party links
The Services may link to third-party sites (including Stripe checkout, brokerage platforms, and partner tools). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before submitting information.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by direct notice to active Agents. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
