Master Referral Agreement
Signed by your Broker of Record (and you, if separately licensed) via a secure e-sign link before any referred prospects are delivered.
Signing flow
After your application is approved, the Recipient Broker (Broker of Record) and — where required — the Recipient Agent receive a secure e-sign link. No referred prospects are delivered until all required signatures are on file.
Referral fee
A flat 25% of the Gross Commission earned by the Recipient Broker on any Transaction involving a Referred Prospect (or a Related Person) during the 24-month Protection Period that begins on the Registration Date.
Lead Registration Sheet
Every referral is documented as a row in an exclusive Google Sheet maintained by Brand Real Estate and shared with the Recipient Broker. The Recipient Broker has a 3-business-day Objection Period to flag a pre-existing client; otherwise the referral is deemed accepted.
Compliance
Recipient Broker must hold an active real estate brokerage license in the Property State. All licensed activity in the Property State is performed by the Recipient Broker and Assigned Agent; all referral fees are paid broker-to-broker between licensed brokerages.
